Chime was brewed using domestic Pilsner and continental wheat malts, yielding an extra pale yet fully sassy malt body. A classic base for an American style hopping. To that end, we stacked the whirlpool with Hallertau and Perle, a particularly high alpha varietal, birthing a lovely little nuanced and unfiltered small batch Pils. Chime sings with neon citrus, clover honey, proper grassy bitterness and toasty bread.
