GOODFIRE FULL TWANG
This full-bodied, jammy sour started life on a bed of Maris Otter and Crystal malt. We then pumped the fermentor full of Tart Cherry, Black Currant, and Plum, yielding a beer that smells and tastes of Winter Berry Pie, mulled wine and fresh fruit preserves.
