Rotations stands as the most heavily-hopped beer we’ve made to date, and has the body to balance - a silky expression of Nectaron and HBC638, two new-to-us hops grown in New Zealand and the Pacific Northwest respectively. We’re tasting tongue-tingling layers of spiced mango, melon and tangerine, with resinous undertones. 6 years in, this is as smooth and hoppy a beer as we know how to make, no holds barred.
