Specs is an "East-meets-West Coast" Pale Ale inspired by the hop profiles of old-school American Pales, but brewed with our house yeast and water profile. Built on a base of American 2-rom and German Specialty malts, we hopped Specs assertively in the kettle using Amarillo and Centennial, followed up by a light dry-hopping of Cascade, Centennial Cryo, and Amarillo.
