Aroma: bright red raspberries, ripe red cherry, and dried cherries. It smells like autumn.... that dried fruit and hint of dried autumn leaves.
Taste: juicy and rich with cherry, dried cherry, some pomegranate. The mid palate has some gentle tannin, touches of coriander, dried vanilla, burnt orange. This is young Nebbiolo with ripe forward fruit that is just starting to really open up. The tannins aren’t too aggressive but they are the kind of tannins that Nebbiolo is famous for. Have this with a steak, or ragu: something rich and with some fat. The ripe rich supple cherry and burnt orange flavor of this is really gorgeous.
