Hand Work is certified organic as well as vegan, with no sulfites added in the winemaking process. Hand-harvested grapes are fermented with indigenous yeast, and it sees no new oak to fully allow the terroir of sedimentary rock and limestone soils to shine through. Bottled unfined, the tempranillo takes a starring role, clean and juicy. This wine is vivid, ripe, and thirst-quenching but does not lack structure, with some young tannin and acidity. It’s both interesting and fun, making it a perfect everyday wine. Certified organic, vegan.
